Payment Terms

Management fees are deducted from rental income before disbursement to property owners. Detailed fee structures are outlined in individual service agreements.

Limitation of Liability

VacayResidency's liability is limited to the management fees paid. We are not liable for property damage, guest injuries, or lost income beyond our direct control.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. All outstanding fees and expenses must be settled upon termination.
